I have been diagnosed with a contracted and thick walled gallbladder. Could you please advise what diet I should follow? I have attached my report for your reference. Thank you.

A thick walled gall bladder may suggest chronic inflammation. Avoid fried, oily, spicy foods. Stick to low fat, high fiber meals with hydration. Frequent small meals help. If pain persists, cholecystectomy may be needed.
