Hi, I am 31 years old. I am taking 75 mcg Thyronorm. I am attaching my recent thyroid profile test report. Please suggest if I need to increase the dose of Thyronorm?

Cannot suggest without reviewing TSH/T3/T4 values. Decision depends on TSH primarily also get Anti TPO antibodies

More Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Health Queries
View allMy T3 and T4 levels are normal, but my TSH is high. I have attached my report for your reference. I was previously taking Thyronorm 62.5 mcg, but I have stopped it recently. Should I continue taking it? Additionally, I would like to check my estrogen and progesterone levels.

I have been treating thyroid for many years, but for the last few months, it has not been well controlled. My medicine dose was recently increased as per my doctor advice. However, I am experiencing mild chest tightness and discomfort most of the time, with no other symptoms.
