Hi, I am a 35 year old female. I experienced a pregnancy loss at 18 weeks due to anhydramnios in October 2020. I am trying to conceive but have not been successful so far. Recent tests done on cycle day 2 show: Prolactin: 26.98 ng/mL TSH: 2.1 microIU/mL AMH: 1.64 ng/mL FSH: 8.5 mIU/mL I had taken cabergoline after my pregnancy loss. Will the slightly elevated prolactin affect my chances of conceiving?

Slightly high prolactin can affect ovulation. Cabergoline may help normalize it. AMH is slightly low, suggesting reduced ovarian reserve. Early fertility support may help. Consult fertility specialist.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Prolactin Test Test or Take a AMH Test (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Test

My estradiol (E2) level in the luteal phase is 103 (tested on the 19th day from the first day of my period). My usual cycle is 32 to 33 days, and I am 28 years old. Is this reading normal? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am a 28 year old female, not pregnant and not sexually active. My normal cycle is 30 to 35 days. In December, my period was delayed and came on the 48th day. In January, it was on time. In February, I took Primolute on my doctor advice, and after stopping the medicine on 9th March, my period came on 12th March. In April, it came slightly early on 6th April, possibly due to the pills. In May, it was again delayed and came on the 48th day. I consulted a doctor who performed investigations: CBC is normal, pelvic USG is normal, thyroid is normal. She prescribed Normoz tablets and Evacare syrup. In June, my period was on time, but in July, it is again late (48th day) and has not come. I am really worried. Could this be due to hyperprolactinemia? I am getting married in 6 months, will I be able to conceive?
