Hi, I am attaching my liver function test report. Could you please check if the high ALT/SGPT levels are a cause for concern and advise on any necessary steps or treatment? Thank you.

Elevated ALT may suggest liver inflammation (fatty liver, alcohol, meds, infection). Avoid alcohol/fatty food. Repeat LFT and do USG abdomen if persistent.
