Hi, I am attaching my liver function test report. Could you please check if the high ALT/SGPT levels are a cause for concern and advise on any necessary steps or treatment? Thank you.

Elevated ALT may suggest liver inflammation (fatty liver, alcohol, meds, infection). Avoid alcohol/fatty food. Repeat LFT and do USG abdomen if persistent.

View allFifteen days ago I had lower stomach and abdominal pain. I was diagnosed with fatty liver and a urinary bacterial infection, which I got treated for. After 9 days, the medication was stopped. Yesterday, I felt pain again, though not as severe, and I took the prescribed medicine. My ESR value has been high since last year. I also feel fever between 99 degrees and 100 degrees F in the evening with body pain, especially in the lower body like legs, ankles, and lower back. I have attached my report. Please tell me what to do?

I have been noticing a strong smell in my urine, latrine, and certain foods, especially fish and chicken for the past 2 months. I do not think this is psychological. I also have chronic digestion issues. I had blood tests a few months ago and kidney function was normal, but SGOT and SGPT levels were elevated. My fasting blood sugar was around 102 mg/dL, and my cholesterol was high at 240 mg/dL. My weight is 63 kg, height 5 ft 7 in, and I am 24 years old.

I am in the 8th month of my pregnancy. Last week, I noticed itching on my wrists, so my doctor advised me to do a liver function test. My test report came back slightly abnormal. I want to understand what this could mean and what the problem might be.
