Hi, I am Vimal. I had premarital sex a year ago. I took all the tests, and all were negative. However, I still have lower abdominal pain and penile pain while urinating. I also have white discharge from my penis. I feel I may be affected with an STD. Please check my report and provide clear guidance? Thank you.

Despite negative tests, your symptoms may suggest chronic prostatitis or non infectious urethritis. A repeat check is advisable. Avoid self medication. Please consult a urologist.

I am experiencing a burning sensation around my anal and urethral area for the past 24 hours, especially near the toilet and during urination. I also have itching in the same area. I have a small urinary stone, but after consulting two urologists, the burning persists. I have undergone ultrasound, blood, and urine tests, which were mostly normal. Which specialist should I consult next, urologist, proctologist (for piles/fissure), or another type of doctor?

Hello. I am 28 years old. My urine test report shows PUS cells 6 to 8 per hpf, RBC 3 to 4 per hpf, plenty of epithelial cells, occasional bacteria, trace blood, and specific gravity 1.010. My doctor told me I have a UTI and prescribed URISPAS, ZANOCIN 200, and ALKASOL liquid. Please suggest the procedure to treat my condition and let me know if there is any risk factor if I try to conceive?
