However, the urine report indicates elevated RBCs and pus cells. Now, the doctor is recommending a kidney biopsy. I would like to understand what the next steps should be and whether the biopsy is necessary at this stage.

Hello. I am 28 years old. My urine test report shows PUS cells 6 to 8 per hpf, RBC 3 to 4 per hpf, plenty of epithelial cells, occasional bacteria, trace blood, and specific gravity 1.010. I am suffering from urinating problems for the past 4 to 5 months. I need to pass urine 8 to 10 times at night. I pass more urine while sitting than standing. I went to the hospital and my lab reports and USG are normal. The doctor advised me to take Tab. Cystone but it has not cured my problem. Please advise me as I am suffering from a big problem?
