Is a urine culture required despite a normal urine report with no excess pus cells? Please guide. Thanks.

My 15 month old baby girl was treated for a UTI 15 days ago, but now she has another infection. After 2 days of medication, her urine report shows the following Colour is Straw Appearance is Hazy Reactionis Acidic Protein is Nil Sugar is Nil Pus cells is 3 to 4 per HPF Red cells is Nil Epithelial cells is 1 to 2 per HPF Crystals is Nil Casts is Nil What should I do to stop this recurring infection?
