I have leucocytes and erythrocytes detected in my urine sample. Previously, my protein and potassium levels were also high, but those are now under control. I have attached my report for your review. Could you please help me understand what the problem might be?

White leucocytes and red cells in urine usually point to a urinary tract infection or a small kidney stone. Drink plenty of water, avoid excess salt, and confirm the exact bug with a culture so antibiotics are spot on. An ultrasound checks for stones.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test or Take a URINE ROUTINE + CULTURE SENSITIVITY Test

View allHi doctor, I had a urine routine test because I felt a mild burning sensation in the vaginal area. The report was almost normal, showing 4 to 6 pus cells and 2 to 4 epithelial cells. After a week of taking Niftas 100 mg tablet, I was feeling okay. I also had my period when I started taking this UTI medicine. On the 7th day of my menstrual flow, I did masturbation, and the next hour I saw a few blood spots. My flow had already stopped on the 5th day. Why is there spotting? Is it related to a serious health issue? I still feel mild itching and burning in the vaginal area. Is this an infection? I did another urine test today. The report shows pus cells 2 to 4, epithelial cells 6 to 8, and a few traces of protein (albumin). Please suggest if this is normal or if I need other medicine. I have attached both reports the first week and todays urine report. Please help me?

I am having a burning sensation on my penis, which is very uncomfortable sometimes. I have never masturbated even once. Can not masturbating cause problems like this? My urine test report shows no infection.

I have taken multiple antibiotics, and later my urine report showed normal results. However, I still feel like the infection is present. Today, I did another urine routine test and have attached the report. Kindly review it and advise further.
