Recently, I have been experiencing a burning sensation during urination and ejaculation. As advised by my general physician, I underwent a semen culture test. I have attached the report for your review. Could you please let me know if there is any significant infection, how serious it is, and what kind of treatment may be required?

Burning could be due to infection. Semen culture helps confirm if bacteria are present. Treatment is usually with antibiotics and often resolves with a proper course.

I got my discharge tested at a pathology lab, and the report states No gonococci seen, few gram negative cocco bacilli seen, and a large number of pus cells seen. I suffer from frequent urination, so I do not drink much water. Sometimes my lower right back hurts, especially when I bend. However, when I drink plenty of water, the pain slowly goes away. My urine report shows turbid transparency and light yellow color, specific gravity 1.030, WBC 6 to 8/HPF, calcium oxalate crystals (+), and epithelial cells 10 to 12/HPF. Chemical examination is normal. RBC, casts, pH level, and pus cells are normal. Can you please diagnose and give suggestions?

I have been suffering from this problem for the last 20 days. I got my urine report and it shows amorphous deposits in my urine. Albumin trace is present.
