Hi, I got a positive pregnancy test, which I also confirmed with an HCG blood test. In that test, my values were 779 and 1387, taken a day apart. I am having red brown discharge with light cramps. When I went to the doctor, she suggested a hormone injection and Miprogen tablet for two weeks. Will this situation settle or is there any risk of complication? Please suggest.

Your hCG is rising, though slowly. Mild cramping and brown discharge in early pregnancy is common. Hormone injection and Miprogen (progesterone) help support pregnancy. Rest well, avoid physical exertion, and repeat scan as advised. Situation may settle stay positive.
