Hi, I have attached my blood report, which shows mild lymphocytosis and high cholesterol. Could you please review the report and suggest which foods I should avoid and which healthy foods I should include in my diet?

Mild lymphocytosis can occur post infection. Avoid fried/processed food, red meat. Include greens, whole grains, and omega 3 rich foods.

My father is 80 years old and has been suffering from fever for the past 10 days. He was on antibiotics for 5 days and admitted to the hospital after an X ray showed pneumonia and his blood report showed a high WBC count (16,400). Now, he has swelling in his hands and legs, and he is also having bathroom related issues. What could be the reason for this swelling, and is it serious?
