Hi, I have attached my thyroid and urine reports. In the urine report, it shows 6 to 8 pus cells. Is this normal, or does it indicate an infection that requires treatment?

Mild increase in pus cells may suggest early infection. Monitor for symptoms like burning or urgency. Please consult a doctor and repeat test if symptoms persist.

My report shows pus cells 10 to 15 per HPF and RBCs 2 to 3 per HPF. I am a 29 year old woman and I am taking the following medicines: Rekool L 25, Q max 200 mg, and Surbex XT. Is this okay or do I need more tablets?

I am experiencing sharp ache on the left side of my body. I have a cyst in my left ovary measuring 3.5 cm. I am also having constipation, nausea, a feeling of fullness, and vaginal itching. My urine report shows RBC absent, pus cells 4 to 5, epithelial cells 8 to 10, and no yeast detected. Urine has been sent for culture. I am taking medication for UTI. Is this okay?
