My urine test report shows pus cells 80 to 100, epithelial cells 25 to 30, and sediment present. I did this test because I experienced pain on the right side below my stomach one night. Since then, I have not had any pain.

My wife has been experiencing body ache, backache, fatigue, and a burning sensation while passing urine. She had urine and blood tests today. The report shows trace albumin in urine and 8 to 10 pus cells. Could you please advise whether this indicates a kidney problem or a normal urinary tract infection? Should we be concerned about the albumin in urine, and is it likely due to infection or kidney damage?
