Hi, I have been suffering from major back pain for the last one year. I have visited many doctors, but there has been no improvement. I have had X ray, thyroid test, and PCOS test, and all results are normal. Can you please suggest something?

Chronic back pain despite normal X ray and tests may be due to muscle weakness, posture issues, vitamin D or B12 deficiency, or disc problems not visible on X ray. Start back strengthening exercises, posture correction, and weight management. Use ergonomic seating and avoid prolonged sitting. Do Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and MRI Lumbar Spine if pain persists to find the cause. Consult a physiotherapist for guided exercises.
