Hi, I have gone through a few tests. Renal function test values are low: Urea 14 (19 to 43), Blood urea nitrogen 6.5 (9 to 20), Potassium 3.3 (3.5 to 5.1). Liver function test: ALT/SGPT 13 (21 to 72), A/G ratio 1.47 (0.8 to 1.2). Can you advise if there are any issues? Thank you.

Your renal and liver function values are mildly outside normal, but not alarming. Urea, BUN, and potassium are slightly low, which can occur due to hydration, low protein intake, or minor electrolyte imbalance. SGPT (ALT) is mildly low not usually a concern. A/G ratio is high, this could be due to low globulin levels, but may not be serious alone.

View allI have been experiencing stomach pain and recently underwent a CT Enterography and MR Elastography, which showed that my liver is enlarged to 22.3 cm and my spleen to 14 cm. I am also having body pain, fatigue, and right side abdominal pain, especially when sitting. Recently, I have noticed significant bleeding as well. My doctor has advised me to do liver function tests (LFT) and thyroid tests in the coming week.

She has been feeling weak recently. Today I went to the lab, and some of her test results are high. Her report shows SGOT (AST) 62 and SGPT (ALT) 53. She also says she has pain on the left side of her abdomen. What could be the reason for this problem?

My report is showing GGT 234.11, SGOT 129, SGPT 217, triglycerides 236, VLDL cholesterol 46, and uric acid 8.7. Please suggest.
