Hi, I want to know. I got a COVID rapid antigen test after my blood report showed CRP at 52.4. My result was negative. Is this not the final result of my COVID test and do I have to wait for another report? If so, what is the other report if this is negative?

A CRP of 52.4 is high, suggesting ongoing inflammation. A negative RAT is not enough. Please take an RT PCR test to accurately confirm or rule out COVID 19.

I lost my sense of smell and taste today. I had a fever with body aches starting on the 18th, but I no longer have a fever. I am waiting for my COVID test report. In the meantime, I want to start some medication. Could someone please advise what I should do?

On day 6 after infection, I did an RTPCR test. Today is day 10, and my report has come back with a Ct value of 22/25. I do not have any significant symptoms now, and my sense of smell and taste are normal. Should I be concerned about this Ct value?
