Hi, in my LFT test report my SGOT is 58, SGPT is 122, Alkaline Phosphatase is 168, and Gamma GT is 327, which are in high ratio. So which medicine can you suggest for this?

View allI am a COVID recovered patient (recovered about one month ago). I recently received my liver function test results, which show that AST/SGOT is 44 and ALT/SGPT is 84, both slightly above the normal range. Could you please advise if this is something I should be concerned about? Is it possibly related to the recent COVID 19 infection, or should I undergo further tests or treatment?
