Hi, my report says SGPT 54, SGOT 106, fatty liver grade 2. I have a history of alcohol consumption (2 or 3 pegs a week). I also consume omega 6 capsule daily. I am following a diet but am confused about what to avoid. Currently, I am not taking any masala, salt, sugar, or any type of junk food. Any suggestions?

With SGPT 54, SGOT 106, and Grade 2 fatty liver, this is likely alcohol related liver disease. Youre doing well to cut out masala, sugar, and junk. Also avoid: Alcohol (completely) Fried foods High fructose corn syrup. Consider a Liver Function Test (LFT) every 3 months to monitor.

I am sharing my report here. I am feeling hopeless anxious and breathless without any reason. I have no tension or stress in life. I had a problem in my liver two months back due to which my nerves were affected too. Now from the last three weeks these issues have suddenly appeared. The doctor told me that I have thick blood and the rest is my psychological state but only I know what is happening with me. Please share with me the exact reason for this? Only two attachments are allowed. My SGOT and SGPT are below 30 IU per L.
