Hi, seven days ago I masturbated roughly, and since then I have been experiencing pain and a burning sensation around my penis/genital area. My groin and buttocks also feel unusually warm. I do not have pain while urinating, and there is no blood or discharge. I have started taking antibiotics, but the symptoms persist. My urine test came back negative. Is it normal to have these symptoms for a week, or could it be something other than urethritis?

Pain/burning for 7 days post masturbation may be tissue inflammation. If urine is clear, no infection. Use warm compress, avoid friction.
