I was diagnosed with diabetes 4 months ago, and my doctor advised me that I would not need medication if I improved my lifestyle. At that time, my HbA1c was 6.5. Since then, I have focused on my diet and walked regularly for 1 hour daily. After 3 months, my HbA1c dropped to 6.01. Today, I checked my blood sugar using a testing kit, my fasting reading was 100 mg/dL, and 1.5 hours after eating, it was 102 mg/dL. Does this post meal result mean low sugar?
