Hi Sir or Mam, today I got a normal body medical checkup. I have seen my report and my SGPT is above the normal range. Please provide advice for my health.

Mild SGPT elevation may be due to fatty liver or recent medication. Repeat test after 2 t o3 weeks and maintain a healthy diet.

My friend had LFT and KFT tests. His AST is 233, ALT is 171, and GGT is 280. Is he suffering from liver cancer?
