I am experiencing frequent urination at night, but my urine test report is normal. My LFT report shows jaundice.

Jaundice with normal urine report needs further LFT evaluation. Nocturia may relate to liver or hormonal issues. Treatment can start after bilirubin and liver enzyme values are reviewed. Repeat LFT and RFT.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a LIVER FUNCTION TEST (LFT) Test or Take a RENAL PROFILE/KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST (RFT/KFT) Test

View allI received my blood test report. My cholesterol was high at 211, LDL was 153, HDL was 36, vitamin D was less than 10.5 (normal 75 to 110), and B12 was 320. I was given 60k vitamin D capsules weekly. After the third week, I started experiencing dizziness and discomfort on the right side of my abdomen. My liver and kidney panel were normal, but ALT was 71 (normal 30 to 65). My bowel movements are fine, but I have bloating most of the time, and my abdomen feels tight like a tyre, which is very uncomfortable. I am worried, but my physician said my liver and kidneys are fine and it may be just gas. He asked me to continue the vitamin D tablets and take an antacid in the morning. What should I do? Can I take magnesium supplements too, as I read that vitamin D requires magnesium? My right knee hurts a lot while coming down the stairs, and I also have muscle cramps. My major issue is lower abdomen bloating and dull pain below the lower ribs on the right side.

Can you please advise how to bring these test results into acceptable limits and what measures I should follow to control these problems?
