His fasting blood sugar is 256 and postprandial is 432. This was found during a routine checkup. All nearby doctors are fully booked, and the earliest appointment we could get is on the 4th. Is there anything we can do in the meantime?

Sugar levels are critically high. Avoid sugar, rice, potato, and fried food. Eat low carb, small frequent meals and stay active. Monitor blood sugars and repeat Fasting Blood Sugar, Postprandial Blood Sugar, HbA1c, Lipid Profile, Kidney Function Test.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test or Take a Fasting & PP Blood Sugar with Smart Report Test
