View allI've noticed my vagina is red and itchy on the outside of the lips, and the skin is peeling off. It's white in some areas. I've been putting powder and Vaseline on it for the past two days, but the itchiness hasnt gone away. What can I do to make it better?
For a red, itchy, and flaky vaginal area, especially on the outer lips, consider using an over-the-counter (OTC) anti-fungal or anti-itch cream like clotrimazole or hydrocortisone, and avoid using powders and vaseline as they can exacerbate the issue; also, practice good hygiene, wear breathable clothing, and consult a gynecologist if the symptoms persist or worsen.

My mom has an 8.07.5 cm uterine fibroid in the right lateral wall and her endometrial echo is 10 mm. She's dealing with heavy bleeding should she go for surgery, and if so, would a hysterectomy or just a myomectomy be better? We're really confused about what to do next and would appreciate some guidance. I've attached her ultrasound pelvis report for reference.
fibroids larger than 5-6 cm (about 2-2.4 inches), especially if they are affecting your fertility, rapidly growing, or causing symptoms are an indication for hysterectomy

I'm 30 and have had PCOS for two years my HSG test showed blocked fallopian tubes. Besides pregnancy concerns, is surgery absolutely necessary to unblock them? Just wondering if it's something I really need to do or if there are other options
While surgery can be an option for unblocking fallopian tubes, it's not always necessary and there are other treatment approaches, especially if you're not focused on pregnancy. Your doctor will need to assess the specific cause and location of the blockage to determine the best course of action
