it may delay 3 to 6 days...but it will not alter duration of cycles...if your periods are delayed further consult obg specialist to rule out pregnancy

I'm a bit confused about taking Krimson 35. I finished my pack, and on the 4th or 5th day afterward, I got my period. Should I start taking Krimson on the first day of my period, or do I need to wait for seven days to start again? I'm just trying to make sure I get the timing right.
