I've been doing my best to manage my diabetes by losing weight and paying attention to what I eat. My latest A1C was 6.4, which I thought was pretty good. I'm still on medication though, and today I suddenly felt really shaky and weak until I ate something sugary. I'm wondering if I need to continue taking my meds given these symptoms?
