One transfusion of platelets has already been done and now we are waiting for the next blood report. What should be done in this condition? What precautions need to be taken? I need to have a double check on a blood test CBC. My baby is 10 months old. The platelet count is 800,000. Earlier a UTI was diagnosed and the baby was on antibiotics.
