I am 18 years old. My periods started at the age of 12, but I suffered from heavy flow. I took herbal medicines, and then my period came after six months, but later it stopped. I have tried allopathy, homeopathy, and Ayurvedic medicines, but there has been no result. My AMH test report is 0.04, E2 is below 10, progesterone is 0.2, FSH is 133.06, and LH is 45.55. Can I get my periods back? Can you help me?

These results suggest premature ovarian failure. Natural periods and fertility may be difficult, but options like hormone therapy or fertility preservation may help. Please consult an endocrinologist or fertility specialist.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a FSH and LH Test Test or Take a AMH Test (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Test

View allI underwent laparoscopy for bilateral complex chocolate cysts six months ago. My recent report shows a 32 mm hemorrhagic cyst in my left ovary, and only residual tissue is seen in the right ovary on sonography. Can this cyst resolve on its own? Is it possible for my ovary to regenerate from the residual tissue? Can I still get pregnant with this condition if my uterus is healthy?

I consulted 7 months ago. The doctor said that both tubes show tubercles and sacculation. After that, I had laparoscopy, PCOD drilling, and dye test. Now the doctor has suggested IUI. But I want a quick result. My question is, can I not get pregnant through regular sexual intercourse? Please tell me exactly what I should do?
