I am 23 years old, and my recent thyroid test results are: TSH: 4.826, T3: 3.26, T4: 1.02. Am I considered to have thyroid disorder? Should I change my diet? I am unable to eat rice and have to eat smaller meals.

Your TSH is 4.826, which is just above the normal limit this may indicate mild hypothyroidism. T3 and T4 are in normal range, so no medicine may be needed right now. You do not need to avoid rice or eat very little food. Focus on balanced meals, regular sleep, and iodine rich foods like eggs, dairy, and whole grains.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test or Take a THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES) Test

My mother feels heaviness in her head for a long period of time. During this, she finds it very difficult to remember things and feels tired. Continuous brain fatigue is making her very weak over time. Recently, her hormone levels have decreased. I am attaching her blood test report. Please suggest what is wrong with her and what medication she should take next? She is also not gaining weight no matter how much she eats. Additionally, she has periods twice a month. Please advise.

I experienced heavy menstruation for two consecutive months, and my blood test showed that my TSH level was elevated to 7.2 microIU/mL. Following a friend medical advice, I have started taking Thyroxine Sodium 25 mcg tablets. Will this treatment help normalize my next menstrual cycle, or will I also need hormonal therapy? I am concerned about the possible side effects of hormonal treatment, such as weight gain. Please advise the best approach. I am attaching my reports for your review.
