62 day delay + negative urine test. Do Serum Beta hCG to confirm pregnancy. If negative, could be hormonal/PCOS. Stomach burn may be acidity, hydrate, eat small meals. Consult gynecologist if planning pregnancy.

My last period date was 21st November. In December, I have not had my period yet. Today is 29th December. Yesterday, I had a beta HCG test, and my report showed 162.8 high, marked in red. I attached my beta HCG urine test report. After four months of unprotected intercourse I did a beta HCG urine test with the first morning urine. Am I pregnant? My beta HCG report is 0.36 miu/ml.
