I am 27 years old and 10 weeks pregnant. My blood test report shows Free T4 serum at 2.31 mg per dL and TSH at 0.021 microIU per mL. Do I need to start any medication now? I have never taken any medicine for thyroid before.

Yes, this suggests hyperthyroidism in pregnancy. You must consult an endocrinologist. Treatment may be needed to protect the baby.
