Hi, my wife, aged 34, has not been feeling well for the last few weeks. She delivered a healthy baby in March 2020 by operation. Her symptoms include hyperacidity, low energy, headache, uneasiness, and occasional vertigo. Her blood test report shows: TSH 4.9, SGPT 68.96, SGOT 31.06, GGT 47.33, Hb 13.1, Platelet count 137.
