I am 30 years old and have been experiencing knee pain for the past month. My X ray shows no abnormalities, and doctors suggest it might be due to calcium deficiency. I am taking calcium supplements and have been undergoing physiotherapy sessions for the last 15 days, but the pain persists. My blood test shows an ESR count of 44. Could you please advise if this is something serious and what further steps I should take?

Knee pain with raised ESR suggests inflammation. Calcium supplements alone may not be enough. Consider further evaluation by an orthopedic or rheumatologist.

Three years ago, I underwent a biopsy, and the report showed Lichen Planus Pigmentosus. Since then, dark patches on my skin have been increasing gradually. I would like guidance on what I should do now.
