I am 30 years old and have been experiencing knee pain for the past month. My X ray shows no abnormalities, and doctors suggest it might be due to calcium deficiency. I am taking calcium supplements and have been undergoing physiotherapy sessions for the last 15 days, but the pain persists. My blood test shows an ESR count of 44. Could you please advise if this is something serious and what further steps I should take?

Knee pain with raised ESR suggests inflammation. Calcium supplements alone may not be enough. Consider further evaluation by an orthopedic or rheumatologist.

If vitamin D increased from 32 to 138 in a month, is that a cause for cancer? He also has acute back pain and said that his bones are dissolving into his blood, which is why his vitamin D increased so much?
