Within 15 days, my LFT levels have increased dramatically, reaching levels similar to primary liver cirrhosis. High liver enzymes could be due to iron toxicity or pregnancy related liver changes. Stop current iron and consult gynecologist. Consider LFT monitoring.

I just received my blood report, which shows SGOT/SGPT levels of 42 and 45.36. What do these values mean? I am currently in the 8th month of pregnancy and hoping for a normal delivery.
