I am a 58 year old male. My urine report shows mild turbid transparency, specific gravity QNS, albumin positive, pus cells 4 to 6 per HPF, epithelial cells 2 to 3 per HPF and dead sperm seen. What does this mean?

This suggests a mild urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water and consult a doctor for antibiotics if symptoms like burning urination or urgency are present. Drink cranberry juice. Maintain hygiene.

Dear sir or madam I have symptoms of UTI. Please see the attached blood and urine report. Do I need to visit a doctor or just continue with UTI medicines, namely Tracfree sachets, Cital syrup, Mactifur 100 and Pantop D for 5 days? What does the report say? Thank you.

Hello, my father is facing some problems: urge and itching during urination, brown yellowish urine, dizziness, fever, and loss of appetite. He went for a checkup and the doctor said it is a urine infection and gave him medication for 5 days. After three days, all problems went away and he felt normal. The medicines were Pyridium 100, Nimegesic P, and a heavy antibiotic (I do not remember the name). After 5 days, the doctor advised discontinuing the treatment. Now after 3 days, the problem started again. He went to the doctor and was given the same medication plus Nitrobact 100. Again all symptoms went away. Please tell what the problem could be? I have attached the urine report.
