I am 66 years old. My thyroid test was done on an empty stomach after taking my thyroid medicine. The results show TSH is 3.65, T3 is 0.65 ng/mL (slightly low) and T4 is 5.96 microgram/dL (slightly low). I am taking 25 mcg of thyroxine daily. Are these results normal, or could they be inaccurate because I took the medicine before the test?

I have been taking Thyronorm 12.5 mcg for two months. Due to severe tiredness and sleepy feeling, I repeated TSH and Free T4 tests. TSH is 8.02 (Ref 0.4 to 4.2) and Free T4 is 1.17 (Ref 0.89 to 1.76). Previously, Anti Tg Antibody was high and TPO was normal. I am having tingling in both palms and feet. Fasting blood sugar is 82.
