I am 9 weeks pregnant. Doctor asked me to do LFT blood test. I did and all levels are normal but my SGPT is a bit high that is 72. What should I do? I am attaching my report of LFT. Please go through it and reply?

I have been suffering from jaundice for the past 7 weeks. Initially, my bilirubin was 10?mg/dL. After 4 weeks, it decreased to 2.08?mg/dL, but now it has increased again to 2.3?mg/dL.
