I am not taking alcohol, oils, spices, or outside food since 20th November. At that time, my platelets were around 46k. Now they are over 1 lakh. Suddenly, my total bilirubin increased to 5. I started a Joinex related diet with more liquids, vegetables, and fruits, and I am still on it, but it is not coming down. Today the report shows bilirubin 6.49. What could be the reason and what should I do?

Cholesterol/HDL ratio: 4.96
The doctor has prescribed Atoder 10 tablets. I am 27 years old. Should I take this medicine, and are there any disadvantages? I had jaundice in 2012.

Hi, I recently went through a full body blood test. Other tests were fine and values are within the normal range, but my direct bilirubin level is 0.4 (normal range 0.0 to 0.3) and my indirect bilirubin level is 0.9. I just want to check if there is any need to worry and if there is any advice regarding this? Warm regards.

I am 9 weeks pregnant. Doctor asked me to do LFT blood test. I did and all levels are normal but my SGPT is a bit high that is 72. What should I do? I am attaching my report of LFT. Please go through it and reply?

Mild elevation may occur in pregnancy. Avoid fatty food, alcohol, and recheck in 2 weeks. If it rises further, rule out obstetric cholestasis.
