Report not available for review. But if under regular care and no spotting/cramping, risk is likely under control.

My 8 month old niece has had a persistent fever for the past 2 weeks. It normalizes when given antipyretics but recurs every 8 to 10 hours. She has a normal diet but sometimes skips meals. She has also vomited 2 to 3 times. A blood test report showed a high lymphocyte count of 58. She traveled about 400 km last week, although comfortably. Could this affect her condition? What could be the reason, and what do you suggest? Thank you in advance.
