I got my periods after one month and it is heavy and almost 10 days now and not reducing. I have Tranexamic acid 500 mg and Mefenamic acid 250 mg tablets earlier given by my gynecologist with me. Can I take it to stop my periods? Can anyone please suggest the dosage for the same?
