After a few days, my wife developed painful urination. We both started taking Niftas and Urispas. My wife is feeling better now, but I am experiencing pain in my testicles and pelvic area, like a pulling sensation. The pain is bearable, but I need help to completely get rid of this.
I have decided to avoid sexual activity for now, and we both want proper treatment. Please advise on how we can effectively treat this condition.
