Question
I am currently undergoing fertility treatment. Initially, my gynaecologist prescribed progesterone vaginal capsules to induce my period, as I have PCOD and irregular cycles. After that, she started me on Ovaa Shield from the 3rd day of my period. However, during my follicular study, there was no follicle growth even by the 17th day (the report showed SF). So, she again prescribed progesterone, and I got my period. This time, she prescribed Ovaa Shield DS. I am now on the 15th day of my cycle, but still, there is no follicular growth (still showing SF). How long will this medication continue? I am feeling very confused and stressed. I previously lost my first baby due to a heart block. I am still not getting pregnant.

PCOD can cause resistance to meds. Ovaa Shield DS is stronger but not always effective. Your doctor may consider Letrozole or gonadotropins next. Stay patient, you are on the right track.
