I am experiencing a burning sensation around my anal and urethral area for the past 24 hours, especially near the toilet and during urination. I also have itching in the same area. I have a small urinary stone, but after consulting two urologists, the burning persists. I have undergone ultrasound, blood, and urine tests, which were mostly normal. Which specialist should I consult next, urologist, proctologist (for piles/fissure), or another type of doctor?

Symptoms may be due to urethral irritation, fissure, or infection. A wound at the meatus may point to external trauma or infection. Consider getting evaluated by both a urologist and proctologist.

View allI have done laser surgery indoors before 1.5 months ago and JJ stent was given. Doctor suggested KUB X ray and urine culture sensitivity for stent removal. My report is radio opaque is seen in left renal area, right sided DJ stent is seen, few radio opacities appear to be calcified lymph node or faecoliths. What does this mean? Is this report normal or not? Please let me know sir, I am very worried for this.

I have been suffering from a urinary infection for the last 4 to 5 days. My blood test report shows a urinary infection, and USG indicates hepatomegaly with a calyceal cyst in the left kidney. Please advise. I have started taking antibiotics. Will this be enough, or should I consult a superspecialist?
