I am experiencing fatigue, low energy even after sleep, and digestive problems. I have been diagnosed with an enlarged liver and a bilirubin level of 1.2. I also have diffuse bilateral colitis. Could these symptoms be related, and what should I do to improve my energy and digestion?

Enlarged liver, colitis, and fatigue suggest ongoing digestive and liver issues. Bilirubin 1.2 is slightly high. Eat a light, low fat diet and stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals. Do a Liver Function Test (LFT), Complete Blood Count (CBC), and Stool Routine with Culture to check liver and colitis status. Consult a gastroenterologist with these reports for further treatment.

I just completed a 7 day alcohol detox. My recent blood test shows: ALT: 61 (normal range 1 to 33) AST: 69 (normal range 14 to 34) I am very worried about this. I have not had alcohol for 8 days and plan to continue staying sober. As I maintain sobriety, is it possible for these liver enzyme levels to return to the normal range and for me to live a healthy life? I have uploaded my blood report for reference.

Hi, I am going for GAMCA medicals and, to be sure, I did a blood test locally. The results show my SGPT is 100. Can anyone with experience of GAMCA let me know if this slight increase will be acceptable for clearance?
