I am experiencing fatigue, low energy even after sleep, and digestive problems. I have been diagnosed with an enlarged liver and a bilirubin level of 1.2. I also have diffuse bilateral colitis. Could these symptoms be related, and what should I do to improve my energy and digestion?

Enlarged liver, colitis, and fatigue suggest ongoing digestive and liver issues. Bilirubin 1.2 is slightly high. Eat a light, low fat diet and stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals. Do a Liver Function Test (LFT), Complete Blood Count (CBC), and Stool Routine with Culture to check liver and colitis status. Consult a gastroenterologist with these reports for further treatment.

View allAbout 10 days ago, I tested positive for typhoid. However, I did not have a fever, my main symptoms were weakness, vomiting, and gastric issues. My Typhi Dot IgM was positive, and the titre was slightly elevated. I took Doxcef O for 10 days and also received the typhoid vaccine. Despite this, I still feel like vomiting after eating, and I am experiencing leg pain and overall weakness. This is the first time I have had typhoid, and someone mentioned that I might have become a chronic carrier, which has made me anxious. Is this a serious issue, or can it be fully cured? How long does recovery usually take? I have attached my report for your review.

My friend had LFT and KFT tests. His AST is 233, ALT is 171, and GGT is 280. Is he suffering from liver cancer?

I am a non alcoholic and non smoker, but my recent blood report shows elevated SGPT, SGOT, and GGT, along with high cholesterol levels. My doctor has prescribed ROZAT 10 mg and EVION 400. Could you please advise on dietary measures to help reduce these liver enzymes and cholesterol? Are there specific foods or fruits that would be beneficial? I have attached my report for reference.
