I am experiencing gas and acute constipation. My recent USG report is normal, but my blood tests show SGOT: 66 U/L and SGPT: 71 U/L. I have also noticed soiling on my feet and fingers.

Elevated liver enzymes could be due to fatty liver or medications. Digestive issues may be unrelated but require attention. Eat fiber rich foods, stay hydrated, and avoid fried or processed items. Retest liver function in 1 month.
