I am experiencing skin rashes and whiteheads at various places on my body, accompanied by itching. I have tried the shampoo recommended by a dermatologist, but it has not helped. I am concerned this might be related to thyroid issues. Please advise what could be causing this and what tests or treatment I should consider.

Rashes and whiteheads with itching can be caused by allergy, fungal issues, or hormonal imbalance. If skin does not respond to shampoo or cream, it is important to check for thyroid or sugar problems, as these can affect the skin ability to heal. Vitamin deficiencies or scalp/skin infections may also be involved. Do a few blood tests and consult a dermatologist with reports.
