I am experiencing what may be a navel displacement, as I have pain in my belly and my digestive system is not functioning correctly. I went to the doctor, who gave me medicines and did some tests, but everything came back normal. Still, I feel pain and indigestion. I also notice a pulse just an inch above my belly button. What should I do?

Navel displacement is not a medical diagnosis but may indicate abdominal wall strain, hernia, or muscle imbalance. A visible pulse near the belly button is usually normal (aorta) but may need USG to rule out abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) if prominent. Persistent indigestion and pain suggest gastritis or functional dyspepsia. Consider posture, diet, and stress as contributing factors. Seek gastroenterologist/surgeon opinion for further evaluation.

My son is 3 years and 10 months old. For the last 7 to 8 days he has been feeling discomfort in his stomach. I gave him Enterogermina for 3 days, twice a day, but it did not reduce. Now he feels this discomfort in different places like the middle of the chest, left side of the chest, right side of the stomach under the ribs, and above and below the navel. This discomfort lasts for a few seconds and happens 9 to 10 times a day. For the last 3 to 4 days his motion is normal. His urine routine test report is also normal. His pediatrician checked him and told me that physically he has no problem. He prescribed Drotin DS 7.5 ml, twice daily, but after giving this medicine the problem increased. He does not have any other problems and is playful. What should I do? Should I stop this medicine?

My son is passing stools three times a day, two times normally and once in very small quantity. The doctor suggested a stool test. The results of stool tests are attached. After the first test, Walamycin was prescribed for 5 days. I gave it for 3 days and stopped because his stools became normal. However, in the retest, I see pus cells again in his stool. Please suggest what should be done next.
