I am a female, 5 ft tall and 52 kg. I am suffering from knee pain, waist pain, and pain in several joints. I also have difficulty standing for long periods and cannot do heavy work with my hands. I have been taking Thyronorm 12.5 mcg for two months. Due to severe tiredness and sleepy feeling, I repeated TSH and Free T4 tests. TSH is 8.02 (Ref 0.4 to 4.2) and Free T4 is 1.17 (Ref 0.89 to 1.76). Previously, Anti Tg Antibody was high and TPO was normal. I am having tingling in both palms and feet. Fasting blood sugar is 82. I am taking Concor 5 mg for hypertension. Do I require a dose revision or further consultation?
