I am looking for a pulmonologist for some help. All my blood reports have come back normal, but I have been experiencing dizziness in the evenings along with mild shortness of breath. I would really appreciate it if someone could review my reports.

These symptoms might be related to post viral fatigue, low blood pressure, or even anxiety. If your basic blood reports are normal, I would suggest you visit a pulmonologist to rule out respiratory causes. A clinical examination is important here.

My platelet distribution width PDW is 8.9 FL as per my blood report which is below the normal range. My platelet to large cell ratio PLCR is low at 14.8 percent. Is this a cause for worry and should I consult a doctor?

I feel as if my heart is tired and suffocated. I cannot stand or do any activity without feeling weary and tired. My heart rate shoots up easily. I just had 2 sandwiches and now I feel increased palpitations, as if my heart is sinking down to my stomach. I had an echo in October where my EF was 60 percent and everything was normal. The cardiologist recommended vitamin D shots and some multivitamins. I wanted a repeat echo done because I need to go for a wedding for 10 to 15 days and wanted peace of mind, but the doctor said it is not needed so early. Please tell me what I should do now?
