I am on medication with Thyronorm 88 mg, and my recent blood report shows TSH level 14.02. Should I change my dose, and if yes, should I reduce or increase it?

Hello doctor, I had my full medical tests on 08 Aug. Everything was normal except for the TSH test, which was high at 9.56 mIU/L. I have attached my TSH test report for your reference. Could you please suggest what medications and precautions should be taken to bring it back to normal? Hi Sir, We recently did a thyroid test for my wife, who gave birth 5 months ago. The results are: T3: 2.96, T4: 0.54, TSH: 62. Is this normal after delivery, or should we start treatment? If treatment is started, will her thyroid levels come down to normal?
