I am passing urine 20 times a day I did usg kub with pvr my report says its cystitis urinary bladder wall thickened and my urine analysis report is normal and prostate also normal what can be the issue?

Hello. I am 28 years old. My urine test report shows PUS cells 6 to 8 per hpf, RBC 3 to 4 per hpf, plenty of epithelial cells, occasional bacteria, trace blood, and specific gravity 1.010.
