I am 10 days late for my period. I did a urine pregnancy test, a blood beta hCG test (less than 1.26), and an ultrasound, all came back negative. Could I still be pregnant? I am very worried. Also, my hemoglobin is low at 7 (normal 12 to 15). If my hemoglobin level improves in the future, could that make a pregnancy test turn positive?

I am O positive and my husband is B positive. I am married for one and a half years. Before marriage I had a completely regular period cycle of 29 days. After marriage, in whichever month I had sex, my period gets delayed by 6 to 7 days. In the month in which I do not have sex, periods come in 29 to 31 days. We did not use any pills or condoms. Is it normal to have this type of irregular period? I did a pregnancy test and it was negative.
